<r><QUOTE author="gazfocus;149540"><s>[QUOTE=gazfocus;149540]</s>I have to be honest, in the years that I’ve printed mugs (and we do hundreds a day), we’ve never pre heated a mug, ever.<br/>

Re: Issues with heatpressed print on glass chopping boards

I found mine needed a little more time than was suggested and reasonably firm pressure but I've done quite a few and they come out fine

Re: Help needed please, blurry image and faded top and bottom issues

I've only had blurry when not enough pressure

Or I've left the paper on while the mug cools

Re: Heat press problems

<t>Fading at the bottom can be lack of heat in that area don't forget that the base of the mugs absorb heat so will be colder.. I pre heat my mugs for a minute or 2 at about 120c to get some heat in.. My press only starts the countdown when target temperature reached<br/>

Re: Uneven dye transfers on hard surfaces (ceramic plates)

I use a bit of 1mm silicone sheet it helps with the uneven surface of the plate also gives slightly more even heat distribution

But I have to add about 90 seconds to the time

Re: Mug Animator new look :)

I’ve had a play and it’s very good

The only issue I have is I do full tip to bottom prints and even go a little closer to the handle

I can’t figure if there is a way to show that with this software?
