As a kind of add on to this question, is there are easy(ish) way to have more than one iPhone design printed per A4 sheet in such a way that both images (assuming there are 2) remain at the correct size?

Yeah, right side of paper. No issues with neoprene or wood so far so printer/paper/pressure wise I'm happy enough there, its just the metal I have struggled with. <br/>
