I was reading an article on Tamebay which mentioned ebay defects and the amount of bogus non receipt claims from typical 'law abiding' people. The need for tracked postal services will rise significantly.
Does anyone know how much it costs to post a mug by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48? You need an online business account and only need to send 1000 parcels a year to qualify. I think they also collect from your business.
