Printing onto 100% polyester t shirts (25 secs at 200 degs C) works fine for me color-wise, but I end up with a mark from the edges of the transfer paper - which is pretty much a line that will not iron out. I use medium/light pressure on a flatbed press. A sheet of newspaper in the middle of the t-shirt and another on top of the whole thing. Given the size of the press (40X50cm - 15X20") if I stretch the whole t-shirt over the base, I get left with stretch marks, so that doesn't really work either.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Tear the edges of the transfer paper the line is not so noticeable then ;-)

Thanks!
I just saw the same solution on an earlier post.
Will do.
