Just ordered a 72 mugs, discount code didn't work so I had to choose collect from shop to get free postage, hope that was ok?

Yes that's fine.
Just checked the code and all is working. If you double click on the code to copy and paste then you automatically copy a space at the end of the code and this won't work. Just delete the space if it is there so you only have the characters in the discount field and then it will work.

Whilst we'd prefere the website to be used, if you want to then yes just mention DSF when you call so we know to remove the carriage cost.
