I was asked to make one of these, which of course I would never even consider as I don't have a license to do so..
Ere.
How do these people get away with this though - is it maybe because they are based in Spain ?

To be honest Nik, I think alot of people just don't care/know about copyright and licenses. I've turned down a few jobs in the past due to copyright issues, and I've no doubt the customers found somebody else to do them easily, and probably won't come back to me. Honesty doesn't always pay, but I'd like to think that dishonesty comes back and bites people in the ass sooner or later!!
Saying that, the one you linked to could well be licensed.

I would guess that they don't know that the phrase is trademarked. They don't mention LFC in the product title and all of their other stuff appears to be fairly original apart from the obligatory Bansky theft. They are not your average ebay infringer doing Disney.
