I get mine from BMS but I also believe Coralgraph do some as well.

We cut and sew them in-house after printing the fabric, so not limited by size, material, or quality of ready made blanks, also printing the fabric before making into a finished item gives a much better end product.

I get fabric from The Transfer Press and have also noticed the finished look is a lot better if you print before sewing up the item.

Mine are mostly done for marine use (pleasure boat cabins). We buy reasonable quality white polyester bed sheets cheap in Queen or King size, print, cut and sew inside out. Last lot worked out costing us around 30 cents each per cushion for material.
Material is placed over a square of MDF, and a 'frame' of MDF is then placed over that to grip the material in place wrinkle free and nice and square.
