Hi I'm having problems pressing yolo's jet pro sofstretch. I've never had problems with it before but the last 2 batches I've used I'm wasting a lot of paper and t shirts. I'm setting my press at 190c (375f) and 30 seconds and once press beeps peeling straight away but the paper is clinging in some areas and ruining the print. I've heard you can let it cool and peel it also so I tried that and once cooled it doesn't peel and just welds itself to the shirt. I never had problems before and was a big fan of this paper I have no idea what's happening with it... Can any give some advice?

when i use jet pro softstrech i always wait until it cool down. not 100% but quite few moments. Have a look from 16:50sec. Have you applied HEAVY pressure?

Yeah takes two hands to close it and quite hard still. I'm wondering if they've changed the formula as I never had these issues before

Don't suppose your press temperature has gone out of calibration.

Its possible I bought it from a member of the forum. Its the large clam press from BMS website. Although had same issue with some a4 transfers on my smaller press and my time and temp is fine with all other items

Paul you cold peeled but the website says hot peel and if I wait till cold it doesn't come off at all so the backing sheet is fixed firmly to the T-shirt to the point that it is almost impossible to remove.

not sure if you noticed in my video, but my tshirt is still on the press. so under the t-shirt base of the press is still warm. so its not stone cold. is just cooled down. if i hot peel then transfer would stay on the paper

I'm wondering if the person I bought them from had stored them for too long in the wrong conditions as no matter what I try its going wrong

I would be 'Hopping Mad' by now if I was wasting things as a result of this - You need to call them I think and explain the situation..
First thing tomorrow Young man, set your Alarm
..oh, and report back here ASAP..

I have been pretty annoyed by it gone through about 7 transfers and t shirts it's rather frustrating as no matter what I do it doesn't work consistently
