Welcome Michelle. Lots of friendly people on here. Some who are in the same boat as you (private individuals) and some owners of sublimation product companies but all with useful advice I've found. My tip of the day, always buy the wider 20mm heat tape rather than the fiddly 6mm one and use a tape dispenser. The wider tape is soooo much easier to work with. Olly
