Hi everyone, I placed an order for c1 acrylic keyrings yesterday and received them today. After opening them, all so far have a airline crack about 10mm long from the metal clasp hole onto the viewing wiindow. Also when a perfectly good print is inserted it looks fuzzy through the window. Are these problems common? My last batch from ebay were great but these were bought from a different company that specialise in promotional items

I get mine from Intaprint based in Chesterfield. I only get the C6 which have always been perfect. Not sure where you got yours from.

Yeah same place. Delivery was spot on and well packed but everyone has a airline crack coming off the metal clasp hole and can be seen when a photo is inserted. The front window is fuzzy too. Tried ringing them but they closed at half four

Call in the morning and speak to Sharon and she will sort you out as they are really good when something does go wrong. I used to print bucket loads of C1's and I seem to remember that someone told me to try the C6 and IMHO is a lot better made

Cheers Social, will give her a ring in the morning. Just had a look at the c6, noticed its same size as c1 and same price. Think i will be giving those a try. Thanks for the info, appreciate it

No worries, hope you get it sorted. If you don't give me a shout as I purchase in excess of 30,000 a year from them I reckon. I doubt it will come to that but just in case it does I am here

I was thinking of doing some of the acrylic ones but worried about cutting all those tiny images to go in them. Is there a foolproof way of getting it right, so that I'm not cutting each one individually?

Can you be a bit more specific Twinsgran?
For example Intaprint sell hundreds of different styles and also sell pre cut sheets and cutters but I want to make sure I am answering correctly.
Grobbo, how did you get on today?

Ah, I see there is such a thing as pre cut sheets. I thought I would be sat for hours cutting out individual images for my keyrings. I have a few C1 sized keyrings and haven't done anything with them yet. I'll pop along to Intaprint and see what is available. Thanks x
