I can personally vouch for the fact that they have no problem on the discount codes on any sort of volume whatsoever. I have purchased thousands of mugs from them, both by the pallet and in small quantities, and get the discount every time.

However there does seem to be a bit of a problem with mug supply from them at the moment (satin mugs, A grade mugs and now budget ones you say), I am hoping that this is a blimp and now that they have moved it has/will help them to increase production. If not I, for one, will be forced in to looking for another supplier which would be very unfortunate as they are just up the road and are really nice people.

At least a week or 2 before they might have any available to sell, I like the company as well, but no mugs had to look elsewhere for them. I also don't like the glitch in the online software where I placed and order for my mugs which are £4.00 per box delivery, yet add a box of paper and it charges you £6.50 on top of the price it has charged for the mugs,I had to ring to say hey what's up with this, with an apology to the on line system form the rep,who waived the paper cost, to realise no mugs available anyway so expensive delivery of paper on its own

I got the ricoh printer with inks from Listawood and codes worked well. So shouldn't be any problem with that.

Can't comment on their online ordering system as I have never used it. Instead I normally email Kris my order and he (or someone else when he is away) sorts it out immediately. Bit worried about the mugs though as I may need some soon.

Just had an email from Ben at Listawoods

In fairness they explained that mug supply has been patchy because of new lines introduced (satin and colours) and the fact that the interest in them has been beyond anything they anticipated. They are currently in the process of installing three more mug production lines to cope with the demand.

Ben confirmed that as of tomorrow afternoon (Friday 15/08) any orders of 504 and below can be dispatched straight away which is good news.

Hope that helps.

Hi all,

Just to clarify- socialgiraffe and I were discussing Duraglaze Durham mugs (by far our best sellers). Any other styles/finishes we may currently lack will follow in due course.

I'm waiting for the China Can Mugs and the 10oz Grade A's. If you could update us when they come back into stock that would be great.

Cheers

Gary

10oz Grade A's are the ones I was referring to Gooner.

They have plenty of stock of that one.

Have not got a scooby about China.
