Re: Mug box recommendations

Post by mfacer »

Hi - I currently use the smash proof boxes from Subli.co.uk. They are great, but I've had people complaining because I don't send a box which they can wrap (ie: a gift box).

Can anyone please recommend a mug box which I can then put inside a slightly larger box to post? I'm struggling to find anything suitable from one supplier which is affordable! I see a lot of boxes which cost upwards of £1 per box. It needs to be more around the 30-40p level really!

It's for an 11oz mug... Thanks for any information!

Matt.

Well picky or what are they. I use the same boxes and just tell the customer to peal the label of and use that box. Never had anyone who has said that they cannot do it and many have come back for more!!

Just wrap the box in cling film and attach the label to that. Then the box will be unmarked.

If you have an A3 Printer and want to go one step further TMT sell a mug box that can be sublimated. Dearer than what you are thinking of paying but can also be personalised like the mug. This might be worth a look as you will be able to charge more.

I use 10x14 inch self seal mailing bags to wrap mug boxes/ styrenes in. Keeps it waterproof, adds some security and the styrene damage free.
