does anyone print birthday / christmas cards? if so how are they done / what equipment is needed 
This is one of the few things we outsource - we use http://www.theimagingcentre.co.uk/
their cheapest cards work out at about 23p including envelope, cellophane, vat and delivery
the minimum order is 1000 cards, with upto 20 designs in that batch.
