Hello!
I am new to this, and I have got an Adkins Single Mug press, with the element for "normal" mugs, and then the Porcelain one for doing china mugs. All seems OK with the "normal" one after a few colour issues (due to my print settings), but I have just tried using the Porcelain element to print a bone china mug (the element I have is the one Xpres recommended for this type of mug so I think I am using the right kit!) but the mugs appear to be a very tight fit.... I'm printing a black and white design and the black is black at the top and bottom of the mugs and brown in the middle.... anyone know what I am doing wrong? Do I need to alter the temperature or time settings?

Black turning brown is normally overcooking lower your temp or time.

Brown indicates that the black is overcooked/burnt ... try playing with reducing your times/temperature a bit.
You haven't said what printer/ink combination you are using

Thank you both! I'm using the Ricoh SG3110 printer with Sawgrass ink.
I will look at the settings and see if I can see how to reduce temperature, and failing that will take it out before the 150 seconds is up!
