Re: MDF Panels Grr Grrr...sorted. Coffee

I haven't printed the 600x400mm MDF panels for a while, but plenty of smaller 300x200mm ones so I was not expecting any spanners to appear! So today I have orders for the big panels, no problem as I carry them in stock and I have 6 more than required on the shelf. Fire everything up as normal and print...hmm browned out and I didn't expect that.
After 5 panels of testings sorted. Now I haven't done the big wooden panels on the new printer with sawgrass ink, but did before with other ink on the old printer. Now odd as it may appear I had to cut back on temperature and time. Not had to on anything else. My assumption is that I had passed that area of error that there is to play with.
All panels now printed with 1 left over, didn't think I would be sweating it with 6 spare! Isn't the world of sublimation such fun. Now what happened to my profit....oh yeh!
Now to the important bit....I apologise for the world coffee shortage, I drank it all this afternoon to fuel my "Grrrr's".
