put this in here instead of printers as its 3d film related

just bought 2 new epson workforce 3520 printers to replace 2 of the brothers we have here...still got another 2 brothers for normal print ( office paperwork ect ) - but i think they will be going tata soon if these epsons perform ok

now.....we got problem...
when we put the 3d sub film in to print....the right side up, it jams - everytime.....put in the wrong way, it prints fine but obviously on the shiny side, which cant be used for print.

anyone know why the hell its doing this ? - tray is set to take A5 film....

same when i put it in the rear feed - right way up....its spits it right out the front....put it in the wrong way, as in shiny side to print, it prints....really odd, buts no good to me obviously :-(
