Hi I'm learning HTML and CSS and have also of the basics down however I'm beginning to build and format my site. I am going to do it so people pay via Paypal by clicking an order button but want to also integrate an image upload for where when ordering it creates a ref and emails the image to me anyone have a Clue how I'd do this?

I think you would have to use php or asp for something like this. I don't think you could do it with html & css.

Could you install WordPress in a side-folder? This would.then have these functions built in.

You could try jotform. It allows you to create forms and copy and paste the html into your editor. Click source code and then embed options to get the code for your hmtl editor.
