I have only have mug press that goes up to 9cm. But a few people have asked if you can do bigger, don't know if you can get bigger. as they want to put a photo on ceramic flower pots if possible? Can you do this? I know the pot will need the correct coating.

If it were me asked to do this job, I would take the blanket out of my chinese back up mug press and clamp it to the pot where it's needed.

there is always a way.

The width of my Adkins blanket is 120mm but there is no way I could use it for a Flower pot as I couldnt get the required shape.

I don't think it would be a job, but think people see something and ask, I wouldn't go into shop and ask if things could be done but if knew someone I would ask. But I thought it was good idea if could be done. Person asked to put photo of family member that had passed away on it and put a flower in pot for sign of new life. Or if you could get like a big mug just round, thought about taking handle off mug and then smoothing it and painting it?

If I were going to take the handle off of a Mug I would use an angle grinder with a 'Blue Spot' plasma cutting disk (probably as that's the closest tool I have for that kind of job).

'Memorial' products have been discussed before and a good idea.. tjis is just it - you need to make something not too many others are making in order to get ahead as every man and his dog are making Mugs these days.

Yup, exactly ... find your niche and exploit it to its fullest potential ... but don't tell anyone else what you're doing, or they'll just nick your ideas!
