Best place to buy the ink from is an official Sawgrass dealer at the same time as buying a printer from them, as doing it this way Sawgrass will take over the warranty on the printer. As soon as non-Ricoh inks are put in the printer, the Ricoh warranty is void.
However, looking at your printer model, I would hope that you've bought it used, and didn't pay much money for it. Again, the best place to buy the ink is a Sawgrass dealer, look in the suppliers section of the forum for a list of suggested ones.
That model is an old one, make sure you update it to the most recent firmware from the Ricoh website. The early models did have some problems with unexpectedly and unexplainedly dying with Sawgrass inks in them.

Thanks for that, it has only done 300 prints, and has genuine sublijet ink in the printer so thats why i asked the question where to get them from.I know they are all meant to be sold the same price, but as you know they are not
so question cheapest place you have found

Not much in it price wise when you shop around as prices are set. Check out everyone on our suppliers sticky under General Dye Sub section and also take a look at Marvelpress.
As Renniwano has pointed out, you;ll get 10% off at Listawood which is a great saving...also at Xpres :-)

Don't be inclined to rush out and get yourself a second set just yet though. The inks are sold with short shelf lives, usually 12 months tops but often it can be less, 7 for example isn't unheard of. Inks last a long time in the Ricohs, even when they start to flash 'low ink' so hang on until you need them :-)
