Hi Jennywren.

I am using 123Flex which has served me well. Would be interested in other opinions on other vinyls so will follow this thread with interest.

mdp supplies for me, HOT FLEX is the bees knees, use it on most garments..... but have tried others and still keep going back to MDP, for cotton and polyester clothing..

Hi Dave

I know you have tried several different vinyls so am interested to hear your thoughts on why you rate MDP's hot flex. Looking at this vinyl compared to a lot of others it is considerably more expensive, is it the ease of use or the feel of it when pressed or something else. Being the most expensive is not a bad thing, I am just interested in what makes it top of your list.

I have only tried the one I am using and as it works for me have never bothered looking anywhere else.

one of the main factors for me Simon is they cut it all up in special sizes to fit the silhouette cameo, This does work out very slightly dearer but when i make t-shirts i can work out the pricing as i try to make 2 t-shirts out of one sheet. if i ever go to a larger cutter and use rolls i may try other makes. Also as you are aware ive just picked up 2 contracts for Gyms and protein companies. They are using a polyester garment/ t-shirt from AWDis and i find the mdp hot flex is working wonders on it, (stretch) i also do like the though of peeling when vinyl is warm/hot so i dont have to faff around and wait for it to cool before peeling away...
Maybe i should try others....
Dave
