Hi Everyone,
When I print phone cases I seem to get what looks like water residue marks all over the phone case after taking them out of the oven. A couple of people have said that just standard for sublimation but surly there must be away to avoid this?
Im using the Richo 3110DN
3D Sublimation Heat Press Oven
TruePix Paper
Thanks in advance

Are you referring to the 'mottling' effect on the cases?

Hi i have been gettin this recently, i was using my 3d sublimation machine to print onto the aluminium inserts, and wasnt too bad, coming out crystal clear print, however i did start noticing markings on the print after a while, and to me it looked like the pattern of my heat glove. I think when i was pushing down to stop an air bubble forming i think the pattern of my glove is permanently on the silicone membrane.
so anyway i bought a proper flat bed heat press and its happening again only a different mottling effect!! I am pretty sure it is off the paper in using or off whatever you use to put over the case while printing. Gona have to experiment a bit to get it right.
hope some of this helped if you can understand it:)

I dont think its anything to do with the colour, its like a bad design over the printed image that wont rub off
