Hi guy's working on a add for my FB page, I've tried to make it look like my mascot has painted on the fence, what do you think?

If you mean an actual Facebook ad photo you are going to pay to promote, they have strict rules on the amount of text that is allowed in the picture. I can't remember the % of text allowed, but it is quite minimal, and yours would be rejected.

Thanks for all the comments guys, I just wanted to know if it would catch peoples eyes
Pisquee I don't think it would be as I've used images before with a lot more text than is on this one and never been rejected.
This as however is just to upload on to page as an add so doesn't really matter

Ah, OK if it's not for a paid ad.
We had to rework one of our ads as it was pulled for too much text - which was a shame, as they count text even it is part of your logo, our logo is a signature, so they counted it as text along with some other logos we needed on there - didn't give us much wiggle room for any actual message!

Strange I've never had an add rejected before, then again I don't put much text in my ad's as to me they shouldn't be much text the ad needs to be quick to read especially on FB as people will just scroll past it so you need to get their attention

what placement criteria are you using on FB ?
Are you paying for clicks or impressions?
How do you measure response? - I have all adverts blocked on my pc's - so are you getting any exposure?
Thanks
