Hi,

we are using a brother MFC-J5910DW with a CISS for sublimation printing.

This is only a temporary printer while we get set up properly.

We we have installed the CISS as per instructions and it is running fine, but is only printing in Yellow.
It prints in black if doing a test page.

Tried all sorts of problem solving for the past 2 days but really getting nowhere.

Can anyone advise what is going wrong or how we can rectify it as I need it for sublimation ASAP!!!!

Thank you

My advice is always to avoid CISS and to use refillable cartridges instead, especially for the Brothers where you can get 100ml refill carts.
Can you post us photos of your set up?

as far as the carts go, ink is ink, and refill carts will work just as well with sub ink as dye inks.
