Hi,

I'm having issues with printing it seems that the mugs are turning black and you can see the tape lines.

I print at 190c for 9mins.


Any tips?

9 minutes is way to long try from 3 minutes

are you using a blanket mug machine or an oven or some other way?

I use a 3d sublimation oven not a mug press so does the same rule apply?

makes a lot of difference to your times / temperatures..

So you think I should run them for 3mins?

if the polyester coating is going brown/ black its burning. Oven too hot? the temperature control in these is usually poor and inaccurate, turn the temp down perhaps 20 degrees and see.

So you all think the time is the main issue?
