Why cannot large companies understand if I take a photograph in a place the public have access to, of an item they happen to make, that image is not their copyright but mine and I am entitled to publish and sell it on any medium I choose.
Yet again I have had a listing taken down after a VERA complaint where the image is mine without any doubt.
Ebay wont listen and just say contact the copyright owner.
Has anyone actually managed to get a listing re instated

No it was not Honda that complained.
I have never had any problems with Bike mugs, I was talking to some other traders at a sublimation show and opinion appeared to be so long as you make it clear they are not official merchandise the bike companies are not concerned.

You might want to ask a copyright solicitor instead of some blokes at a show. Stating unofficial merchandise is a load of bull. If you reproduce the Honda logo it's trademark infringement.
Who complained then?

If it was not Honda (or their representatives or legal) who complained then who?
If one of the other owners of the logos featured in the photo then photoshop them out and relist?
