I;ve installed one at the bottom of the front page on the forum. I can move it to the top under the header but would like to run with it and see how it goes. Couple of concerns but let's give it a chance

I have no idea what a shout box is and can not see it either. However I have lived without one for 44 years of my life so I think I can get by

Tis is bit hidden away where it is, but I do see potential for it. Is is possible to have it work more like facebook chat in where it is on screen?
