DSF

Hi all,

Got my Ricoh SG 7100 set up ready to go ( Powerdriver installed) but I have got a message saying I must register the software. I filled in all the info required i.e. name address, reseller, printer serial number but the only box left to fill in is "firmware version" I rang Scott at BMS where I bought the printer from and he sent me a step by step guide to registering in PDF format. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anything there mentioning "firmware version" ! So I am stumped and can't get printing! Tried ringing Scott back but no one is replying at the moment. Any ideas?

Bad timing Steve, I was unloading 10,000 pencil cases by hand. No tail lift on the ruddy lorry!! Am sending you something now, watch your in box...

Ok Scott, Registration successful ! Thanks. Almost there! just getting error message when trying to print. i.e. "Driver has not been initialised . Please first open print preferences from Windows printers folders before printing" Any ideas ???

Have you had a look at the last two pages of the PDF I sent you? May explain it.
