Any pointers on aligning both sides of dog tags at once? I tried doing one side at a time and the first side fades while printing onto the second...

I can't justify a unisub jig at the moment (and I can't find them for sale in the UK), I've thought about making a thick card jig but before I take the time to do that I just wanted to check if anyone knows something I've missed.

Thanks

I haven't done dog tags but on other double sided items I print both sides on one bit of paper, when you fold the paper in half the images are facing inwards and at each other.

Place paper in press, lay dog tag on top, fold over, press. Both sides done at the same time. whether doing one or twenty one per press doesn't matter. Multiple images per sheet same process.

Are these pet ID tags.. or the dog tags as in those similar to military tags ??

I press ID tags a side at a time and have never had issues with one side fading while you do the other :/
