Yes.. after near on 100 mugs being sent out.. I today had my first ever one received with a broken handle..

Now that's not bad going.. lol

Had a complaint today about a coaster (BMS compressed particle board - wood type) that arrived, broke into 2 - how the hell can that happen!

OMG.. that's seriously played with then.. for that to happen !!

I printed a couple of shirts this morning and somehow managed to put the image on upside down. Luckily I didn't send them out!

First time I've managed to do that. Maybe I should have my coffee BEFORE I start my day...

I did something like this the other day - the chap wanted his designs on the Back but I managed to place one on the Chest.. countered this by printing another on the back and calling it a 'Bonus' for him - "everyone a winner"

ROFLMAO. Seriously, I read that and spilled my coffee. Not so much because of your solution, but trying to picture offering someone 2 shirts with the print upside down as a 'bonus'. Maybe 'specially designed so you can read the words while you're wearing it' or something. hahaha.

Mind you, some people I know would wear an upside down print just for the amusement value. And I just might do that with these shirts.

lol, No - they were both the correct way up but the 'Bonus' shirt had his design on the front AS WELL as the back - he was pleased (So Was I, sign of relief).

I printed a dance school Tee back to front once (late at night, not concentrating) and when I gave the client the rest of the girls' shirts done properly, she wanted to keep the other one for practising in front of the ballet mirror!!! At least she saw the funny side

We've dispatched a full box of printed mugs a few years back but the person who was packing them accidently put in their half finished cup of tea as well. He couldn't his cup in the morning when making a brew but found out via phone call later that day where it had gone. The customer was quite happy though as it gave them a good laugh..... and a discount.

I have printed a mug the wrong way round before (when we had the new printer and software I forgot that it automatically reverses the image and reversed it before printing. Didnt even notice until it came out of the press. One customer gave me the wrong date on a batch of 36 mugs. Obviously we were not aware until a couple of days later they added some keyrings to the mug order with a different date. When I check with her the original order had the wrong date, she ordered more with the right date and I now have 36 mugs here with the wrong year on as she didn't want them. I have also at one point or another over the years done the upside down T shirt and wrong side printing. Plus the 'forgot to take the protective film off' once or twice.
