Is it possible to print onto Metamark Vinyl stickers?

Somewhat limited information there Frank...........but from what you posted I would say 'no'. Printing is done on 'print' specific vinyl (not just any old decal vinyl) which matches the appropriate print method.

If you have the right sort of printer and inks you can print on just about anything... you need to supply more information to get a proper answer.
