Hiya My name is Nick, I am a photographer who also owns a minilab. Have been pressing mugs etc for a couple of years now. Am looking to expand this side of the business having been experimenting with the kit. Had a really busy Christmas but would like to make the gift side of things work better for the rest of the year. Still have not cracked latte mugs yet and am struggling with the large mugs!

hi Nick

To crack the latte mugs you need to drop them onto a harder surface from a greater height :o)

I have done stacks of Durhams and am going to have to turn my attention to Lattes soon - whats the problem(s) that you are having? - Probably best to move this to the "Printing problems" section - post your problems there and I am sure you will get some very useful feedback.

regards

Arthur
