Poor Supplier??

Sorry to be posted this?? It would appear I am not the only one to find Lovecut Sublimation to be a terrible supplier!!

Having ordered on Boxing day knowing delivery probably would'nt come for a few days I am still without the order, not a single email answered, not a single call answered (28 calls)! not even an answerphone! No response to the now opened paypal dispute.

I can understand that everyone is entitled to a Christmas break, but the lack of ANY message on the website to state closing for Christmas would make people assume they were in fact open?? Upon further google work, I came across an Amazon seller page for them....1 feedback....NEG-, other forum pages all singing the same song?

As you can gather I am rather upset, especially as the items I had already had to order elsewhere never arrived due to poor customer service and lack of commonsense, so having to order from Lovecut seemed like a good idea??

Just do a search on here and you'll find out.........from memory there's a lot of 'negatives'.

im finding that now
