I have the bypass tray and the instructions you get with this is not worth the paper its written on, all the instructions seem to bypass the bypass tray, its loaded, the comp can see it, but it will not print a3+ just keeps saying errors on the printer its self, when it did try and print the picture was cut inhalf and printed haif way up the sheet of paper.
Any full instructions anywhere,

Cheers

HI Carl,

Have you seen this video? http://www.conde.com/support.php?conten ... mode=video
It shows installing the unit & configuring the printer in Windows. There are other videos there if you are using a Mac.

Carl - this may be a late reply to you, but may help me - or both of us hopefully.
I also had trouble with the bypass tray - the first ten sheets were perfect and then it just went on strike. The people at Conde in the States told me to resize the paper in the printer configuration to 12.9 X 19" which seemed to work for a while also, until that went on the blink as well. Install, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall, you name it I did it. What I DID find was choosing the paper to be "extended tabloid" worked perfectly - unless your printer was just that "tad" larger.
Maybe this could help you?
UNles of course you solved the mystery in which case please tell me how..
Cheers
Doug
