I have discovered yet another website using my product images, I am getting a bit fed up of people stealing my images. I have already managed to take legal action against one company this yeah and now it looks like i'll have to do it again.

Can I name and shame the company who is using my images now on here just in case they are also using someone images from this forum?

yes NAME and SHAME, they are breaking the law and everyone should know about it

it was www.funky-gadget.co.uk they have since removed the images after I sent them a copyright infringement notice.

You have a site with 828 in the domain name using an image as well although looks slightly distorted. I had seen funky when I did the search and the post it note was there instead. Still cached though on your image.

There's another site with what looks like your image. I didn't want to put the full domain but part of it was .....828.co.uk I will pm ou the domain now.

Just sent the second company an email regarding copyright infringement.

It really annoys me when people steal the images as it can put people off buying from me as if you see the same image on multiple sites it looks like the case we sell is not one we've printed and therefore they can't tell our work etc

Google image search is a wonderfully useful thing isn't it?!

Could you disable right click on your website to make it harder to copy/paste your images?
