Hi, I'm Emily, and a friend has been bugging me to sign up on here for a while now (probably so I can stop pestering her with all my questions lol).
I run a business making pet accessories, and a few months ago got a dye sub set up to be able to print pet tags and ribbons/fabrics for collars

I'm having a few issues with my printer, and now with my heat press, so hopefully I can find some help on here!

to get the best help it will be useful if you told everyone as much info as you can to save time and questions later
what printer you are using,
what ink and paper
what heat press
then someone will be able to help you out hopefully
also what is the problem you are having. with the printer and heat press you have?

Its a great idea to put details of your setup in your signature - for the reason outlined by D&G above.
