Re: Multi Colour Stickers.

Post by NikGrey »

I couldn't sleep last night thinking about this..

I have been using metamark vinyl for my vinyl jobs and I love it - not only does it track almost perfectly it cuts very well (but that might just be me setting up the machine peoperly..lol).

Anyway, I was wondering.

I made 5 versions of my new logo the other day - I am using 610mm vinyl so could fit the 6 in One line, all well and good. BUT my question is:

When it comes to putting the decals together, laying each colour ontop of the previous using registration marks would it be better to do these individually as opposed to me laying the single colour on all 6 objects at one time?

I am thinking it might be better to have two reg marks above each object, and do them individually rather than how I did them here - all in One go.

Whats the general DSF Ruling on this?

I hope I made myself clear - it IS very early in the morning.
