Hi! not sure if you monitoring ebay a lot but recently there was a auction with sublimation laptop sleeves. i won the auction.
I was shocked as it was real bargain.
50 laptop sleeves for under £50!

got them couple of days a go and was banging my head on the wall
is it all people cant put description correctly or is it me to expect to much???

listing clearly state that there is 50 slaves in two sizes.

I looked in the box and thought something is wrong. So grabbed my measuring tape and checked.
in reality those sleeves are 25x 15"
and 25x 18.4"

when to ebay resolution centre for full refund. Picked option "item not as described"
Got the answer today.

first lane:

is it only me or 10" is quite different size then 15" and i have full right for FULL refund incl. postage i paid?
Also seller want me to send it back at MY expense and then i will get refund only bid amount excl. postage.
Now... Is it common to pay for someone else mistakes?? Or should i close dispute and ask paypal for FULL reffund?

Contact PP and ask for a full refund, goods are not as described.

Make sure you ensure that you go through PP and get evidence if the goods are collected etc. just in case the seller kicks up a fuss when they are returned

Id also carry on through with the resoloution centre just because the seller doesnt agree with you doesnt mean ebay will take his side. You may also want to read up on distance selling regulations to see if this can reinforce your case

Send photos of items with tape measure showing their size, and add them to the dispute. I can't see Ebay not siding with you. Likely is Ebay will rule in your favour, and give you full refund inc your postage, and you won't have to even send them back.

'I was not blindly copying, I was stating the fact that the smaller ones can hold up to a 10" device and the larger ones can hold up to a 15.4" laptop. Clearly the laptop sleeve itself would have to be larger than these dimensions because laptops do have a bit of depth to them, they aren't flat. The size of the sleeve is slightly larger so they can accomodate the width of the laptop and still zip up. If you had of asked for clarification or EXACT dimensions, I would have happily provided you with them. You agreed with my returns policy at the time of buying.'

Her returns policy can't contradict what are your legal rights though.

Also her description states the size of the cases, not that that is for the size of laptop that they can accommodate. Assuming you have copy/pasted exactly.

Have you tried putting a laptop in them? I would have questioned the way the measurements were given "Up to" 10".
