As it seems it is the norm here, I thought I would post a "big up" to Alan from The Magic Touch.
There was a problem with the fusing unit on my machine and the printer was showing a Fatal Error. A quick call to Alan who talked me through how to take the unit apart and solve the problem.
Not only has this saved me £100 but means the jobs that I need to get out tonight will go.
Like others have mentioned on here, buy cheap and pay twice. Technical support is something that is really undervalued by most, yet when you consider our income relies on these machines working it really is worth spending a bit more and purchasing from a reliable, trustworthy company with good technical support.
