Hi, my name is Mel and I work for a small company in Western Australia. We do engraving and sublimation (among many other things) for corporate awards, sporting clubs, gifts, etc.

Our tech support for our sublimation system is absolutely useless and I often find myself on the net trying to sort out our problems myself which is how i found this site. After spending just half an hour browsing through your forums I think I have learnt more about our equipment than i have in the three years using it! Thank you!
