As title says just wondering if anyone else uses Christian Hosting for their website/email etc? Everything is down today and therefore not receiving any emails and also my website is down and cant access cpanel. Panicking isnt the word cause only switched over last week! Any ideas anyone? Tried contacting but still no reply

Steve normaly reply within 24h if not in few minutes. Iam sure he will contact you as soon as he can.

Yeah I'm sure he will just worried as website, email and cpanel all down at moment so feeling pretty helpless at moment

Still down and still no reply No email, no website so not really sure what to do lol.

i use uk based vidahost, amazing service, answer there phones instantly,

if i were you i would move, being down for that long would kill me

Only moved last week lol! Considering it cause its been nearly 8 hours!

It's always a true test of a host company when things go wrong, unfortunately it's usually too late by then One thing to always bear in mind is whether you're dealing direct with the host company or someone working on their behalf as is usually the case. You also get what you pay for. I pay more than average for the forum hosting but this is reflected in the level of service we receive and how well problems are handled.

Agreed, I was already unhappy with my previous host so was looking for a reason to move anyway and when I asked on here got some positive comments about them so its a shame that I havent heard anything. Gonna have to look around tonight I think, trying to figure out how to get my new PC720 cutter to cut first so its all happening today lol!
