Set my Ricoh up on the iMac, checked...double checked everything. Obviously only using the profile as PowerDriver not available on Mac. Initiall print was poor in terms of quality match. Went through all settings with a fine tooth comb but all checked out ok according to Sawgrass guide.

I noticed that the 'Preserve RGB Numbers' was ticked (as per setup guide) but on my Windows setup it wasn't. So....I un-ticked and colours fixed! Maybe it's my artwork, maybe the guide is wrong?

Next issue. Quality through the Mac isn't as good. Edges are noticeably jagged whereas same print through the PC is fine. Anyone know what might cause this?

Trying hard to move everything over to Mac from PC after many...many years of Windows....hope this perseverance will pay off! lol.

this may be an issue with printer driver... any way you can use older/newer version?

Surely the latest version should work though? Not even sure there is another driver!

I did wonder if this might be an issue during the import (drag and drop) procedure but the image is crisp and clear on screen so the problem is when its sent to the Ricoh.

I'll maybe remove the driver and re-install, see if that helps.
