getting peed off with lovely ebay as usual. the new capability for buyers to add pictures to purchases is a good idea but as usual of no use to us. Also if you email them to get the picture sent it blocks those. Has anyone found a way of getting the pictures easily?

I defer to my learned friends

You can list your email address in the contact details as a business seller - but it does mean the customer needs to look right at the bottom of the advert and click contact details (and you need to be on Ebay as a business seller/account)

I just put mine in my listing and a link to take them directly to email and its on my business details.
They still ask how can i send you a photo, i just reply please use the one in the description.
It usualy works.
If not i spell it out as said above or take the email addy from the paypal payment and use that and email them privately

Well our listing describes the item and then says "How to Buy"

1. Buy Item and pay
2. email your design to ouremail@ourdomain.co.uk
3. Wait for Postman

How much less complicated can it be?

Doh

How about creating automatic msg after ebay auction is win??? With link to uploader on your web site??? Is very simple to do and is free. Google for online form maker. This way instructions are send are send after purchase so no one can complain that there is no instruction and uploading system is confusing.
