have been chatting to someone on facebook who is showing off hoodies & T'sthey have been making, monster energy, racing stuff, and general copyright logo stuff, apparently their accountant told them "when i first started my accountant told me i was ok to do what i want as long as i did what customer ordered" when i explained thats not the case, they said "so even though i use vinyl and dont print the image its still copyright, each piece is cut out separate and put together like jigsaw" yep i said again its still copyright - they are now going to see their accountant again to ask ....... I'm off to see my hairdresser soon about doing a deep sea diving course !!!!

Facebook is full of companies breaching copyright.. makes me giggle even more when you see them moan that someone has copied their design ideas.. but they are happy to steal someone elses!!

Oh well, the sooner idiots like that get hammered by the copyright owners or trading standards for selling fakes the better.

As for the accountant.....i'd have serious doubts about their ability to advise on anything if I had advice like that.
