not sure if this is the correct section or not ... apologies if its not ..

Im in line for buying some dye sub gear ... Ricoh printer .. blanks etc ..

I decided to go with BMS because of the recommendation etc on this forum ...

Problem is i have rang several times and all i get is an anserphone ... not sure if they are holiday or something but i don't
really want to spend my money with a company who never answers their phones ..

Come on BMS ... answer please ..!

The old unanswered phone... they'd lose my business after a day.

well i have rang BMS a few times again and also the mobile number they advertise ... nothing ... the Mobile just rings and rings ..

ill give it another couple of days and go elsewhere if no joy ...

Leave a message... They'll get back to you. Simple process of run a tight staff level keep cost down.

they never answered my phone call too. But i tried pm them on here. had reply within hour. so try that. i think all emails are pushed to Martin mobile...

Scotty from BMS is on hols this week so i dare say they are a little short staffed which would probably be why you cant contact them id pm martin here or send an email im sure he'll get back to you

If you get the answerphone then that line is engaged and the phone lines get very busy. There's the other line, emails or you can leave a message and one of the staff will get back to you.

I'll pass this message on as someone in the office should have this in their pocket so there's no excuse for not answering that one.
