Hi Everyone
My name is David and I have just joined the forum. A little bit about me, I work for a company that custom designs and produces web and leather belts among other things. We offer a branding service for the buckles and have just developed a range of belts for the sublimation print market. The buckles are specially coated, so that full colour photogragic images can be applied to the buckle face. We also supply coated webbing for sublimation print. Over the past 13 years we have been involved in diamond and laser engraving, embroidery, foil printing and embossing, a bit of everything really.
The development for our sublimation products came about because we could not get anyone to supply a cost effective process that could work across the spectrum of applications we had in mind so we could print full colour onto our buckles. We tried numerous processes and none really produced a sustainable product. After much frustration, trials and with the help of a few experts we managed to get the process that now can produce the results cost effectively.
We wanted to join a forum in the sublimation field to find out what everyone is looking for in sublimation products, to learn more about the industry and the processes and hopefully networking with others in the industry.
