Thinking of giving my hermes a go for posting what do we think of my hermes? Just one word answers please good,bad,awful that kinda thing

I've not had any problem with them.

had one problem that item was not picked up. but next day lady picked it up and apologised.
next time when i was receiver i had my item delivered on sunday! that what i call service

Awful

I have tried them all as a test... Yodel, followed closely by Hermes, lost/delayed/damaged the most amount of consignments over a period of one month.

(Am sending about 60-100 consignments a week)

Awful!

Was told it was on its way, told that they couldn't deliver and left it next door, I don't have a next door! Took three weeks before I got it!

I use Collect Plus, delivered before time, trackable and cheap

I too have used collect plus. Most of their drop off points are convenience stores, which is great. Tracked service to Isle of Wight was third of cost of Royal Mail and delivered the next day.

We use My Hermes on a daily bases and with the amount we send with them have very few problems.

Awful - terrible service around here

Hmm pretty mixed reviews then really, its starting to sound like it depends on where you are i know they use self employed delivery dirvers so i guess it depends if you have a good or bad driver in your area
