Looking for some plastic sublimation ID cards that fit in the clear plastic card holders, can anybody help?

We've supplied cut metal for these in the past. Would something like this do? You can print on the white surface and slide them into the plastic holder.

Thanks, I suggested this but apparently it's definitely plastic they want.

Ordinary plastic will just melt when put in a heat press. You might need to re-think...sublimation sticker is thin and would work okay if you didn't remove the backing to make it sticky, FRP is probably too thick

Are ID card printers not sublimation based? ... I worked for a large multinational in my previous career, who had a large staff turnover, and printed off photo/barcode ID cards on the fly for us all, they certainly came out warm/hot to touch when printed.
If the card plastic is polymer based, and a polymer which is heat resistant enough upto 200C, then it should print fine.
