Sorry thats way over my head, got bored reading it after 10 mins, its a endless subject that goes on and on, Its not that I don't care but I struggle enough with tax and employment law, copyright and the rest of a business. Its will be at the bottom of my list of what to read and digest. No doubt it will make sense to someone but not me. I don't use Instagram, if that helps

In a nutshell Jennywren, you put a picture of a mug on your website, somebody copies it.... Tough luck on you if they say they tried to contact you. Basically the big boys with legal departments are fine, the rest of us.......?

Loads of people take images of my web site, its not fine but what can I do, I work long hours, I have to clean run a house, baby sit for my grandchildren, and on top of that I have to be a sex goddess, in total these things take up 16 hours of waking day, do I really give a toss about those copying a image, people that do have a very low morals standards, if they steal images they are of low intelligence have no work ethics, and will continue to. One think I have learnt is that people that copy your ideas, checking what you sell these are the one that paranoid that you are doing better than them, which I am, they in turn are deluded because they even have the bloody cheek to think that just because I don't do anything does not mean I don't know who they are. when my days get quieter and the orders fail to come in then I shall do something and not in the way they expect. Spend to much time at what other people are doing has a way of distracting you of your own business so I have to focus on that will take it forwarded and keep it successful. That's why I don't give a toss

The big problem with Instagram which made a lot of people run a mile was when they announced they would own all images posted on there.
