Hi Sharyn
I am not aware of any that are readily available but you may be able to try the following (I know you like to think outside the box!).
The most popular USB pen for promotions is the TWISTER. Do a search on Google and you will get plenty of images. The print surface is a metal. It may be that these will sublimate straight away, If not then there are sublimation chemicals that you can apply before printing, or you could use one of TMT's papers direct.

another option is to find usb dongle with printable allu insert. but cheaper and easier would be to find descent priced dongle and get resin sticker made for them.

I've not seen one, but it would be good.
I've heard that you can get chromaluxxe cut down into small pieces, then a bit of glue and you're sorted.
If not, sticky label and epoxy doming?

If anyone does know of any 'sublimatable' USB sticks/drives that would be awesome! We also do doming which is useful but would love to be able to find a product that you can sublimate to try and compete with all the promotional merchandise pad printers.
Anyone know of similar for pens?

Wouldn't the heat damage the usb inside?

Not if you use the Twister style as the metal part can be removed quite easily.
