If you are wanting to do dye sublimation printing, then you can only use dye-sublimation ink. Standard dye or pigment inks will not work.

The most inexpensive inks in terms of price per litre are the inks manufactured to be sold to industrial/commercial printers with printers wider than 42 inches. If you were to have a printer of that size then there are a number of suppliers you could get the ink from. If you only have a small format domestic/office sized printer then the inks are going to be a lot more expensive in comparison. Please don't be tempted to buy any old cheap unbranded junk from Ebay (for example)- there are cheap options out there, but they aren't good quality.
As you haven't mentioned what size of printer you have (or will be getting) it is hard to answer your question fully. As if you say you have a wide format printer like an Epson 9600 the answers we can give will be very different to if you say you have an A3 Epson 1400.

Best advice would be, make a cup of coffee, tea, or whatever your tipple is, and start at the beginning of the forum topics and work your way through, you will see topics on heat presses, start up kits, and lots of discussions on inks

I am a photographer and am trying to add on to what i have its a tough market out there and people slashing prices all the time, so have decided to start doing the t-shirt and phone covers etc, I am a homes based small business
i already have an Epson A3 Printer with a CISS System in it so i have bought another CISS System for the dye-sublimation ink

I wouldn't advise using the same printer for two different types of ink - you really need a different printer for each type of ink/printing you are wanting to do.

Ah, that's fine then. Thought you meant you were planning on continuing to swap over the CISS depending on what you were printing.
